Bill and Dawn have lived and worked in the area for a number of years. We have helped to run the family pub - The White Hart in Lower Horsebridge for the past 4 years, and decided it was time to have a pub of our very own.

We changed the pubs name back to the Bricklayers Arms (formally The Whitehill Tavern) on the 31st Oct 2008, as this is what all the regulars know it as and wanted it to be called. We combined the re-naming with a Halloween Beer Festival, which was a great success. We plan to make this an annual event for the pub.
